1. Nature of Service
Showerly LLC (“Showerly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom shower remodeling services including tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in shower installations, and glass enclosure installations in the Raleigh-Durham Triangle area of North Carolina.
2. Service Agreement
By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. A binding agreement is formed when you accept a proposal and provide the required deposit.
3. Payments & Deposits
Payment Structure
40% deposit to confirm, 30% at waterproofing gate, 30% upon completion and final walkthrough.
Non-Refundable Deposits
Deposits become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or ordered on your behalf.
Scope-Locked Pricing
Once a proposal is approved, the price is locked. No surprise charges or hidden fees.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Processing fees may apply for certain payment methods.
4. Cancellation Policy
- 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: We accommodate rescheduling requests with at least 48 hours notice at no additional charge.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Access: You must provide clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled date.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate information about the scope of work and existing conditions.
- Utilities: Electricity, water, and other utilities must be available at the work site.
6. Scope Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work after the proposal is accepted may result in additional charges. We will provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any modifications.
7. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Showerly via phone, text message, and email regarding your project inquiry or service.
Text Message Communications
Text messages may include:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Project updates and status notifications
- Estimate follow-ups
- Promotional offers and seasonal specials
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project status. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for project-related communications and up to 4 messages per month for promotional content. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting Out
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Warranty
All Showerly installations include workmanship warranty documentation. Warranty details are provided in your project closeout package. For full warranty terms, visit our Warranty page.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Showerly’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural deficiencies, or hidden damage discovered during the work.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by material shortages, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to mediation in Wake County, North Carolina.
11. Modifications
Showerly reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
