Design & Scope Lock
Your in-home consultation covers measurements, tile/glass/fixture selections, and timeline. You receive a detailed proposal with scope-locked pricing.
What You Receive
Detailed proposal with 3D renderings, material selections, timeline, and fixed pricing.

Demolition & Inspection
We remove the existing tub or shower and inspect the subfloor, studs, and plumbing. Any hidden issues are photographed and reported before proceeding.
What You Receive
Photo documentation of existing conditions. Written change order if anything unexpected is found.

Plumbing & Framing
New shower valve, drain, and any plumbing relocations are installed and pressure-tested. Framing adjustments are completed as needed.
What You Receive
Pressure test confirmation and photos of completed plumbing rough-in.

Waterproofing
Bonded waterproof membrane (ANSI A118.10) is installed on all wet surfaces. This is the most critical stage — we document every seam, corner, and overlap.
What You Receive
Complete waterproofing photo set showing membrane coverage on all surfaces. Written confirmation of flood test.

Tile Installation
Your selected tile is expertly installed with precision layout, level lines, and consistent grout joints. Accent bands and niches are carefully detailed.
What You Receive
Progress photos of tile installation. Walkthrough before grouting to approve layout and spacing.

Glass, Fixtures & Final Walkthrough
Glass enclosure is installed, fixtures are set, caulking is perfected, and every detail is inspected. You walk through the finished project with your installer.
What You Receive
Final walkthrough checklist. Before/after photos. 1-year labor warranty documentation. Manufacturer warranty pass-through where applicable.
