We handle all permits per Wake County and local municipality codes. Most standard tub-to-shower conversions within the existing footprint do not require structural permits, but we verify requirements for every project and pull permits when needed.

Full demolition and haul-away is included in every package. We remove the tub, inspect the subfloor and framing for damage, and dispose of all debris. If we discover any hidden issues, we document them with photos and provide a written change order before proceeding.

Yes, we offer tub-shower combo conversions. We can add a shower valve, tile surround, and glass enclosure to your existing tub. This is a great option if you want to preserve a bathing option while adding shower functionality.

Packages start at $6,000 for our Essential tier, which includes quality porcelain tile, ANSI A118.10 waterproofing, fixtures, demolition, and cleanup. Signature is $9,000 and Masterpiece is $12,000. Glass doors and enclosures are priced separately as add-ons.
